Since 1986, U.S. Cooler has been a leading manufacturer of walk-in coolers and freezers. Our Brew Cave® line of coolers provides exceptional quality and versatility. Whether you’re a brewer, retailer, or an at-home beer enthusiast, Brew Cave ® has a solution for you.

Let's Get Started

Energy Efficiency

Our panels exceed efficiency standards for walk-ins set by EISA and utilize closed-cell foam for moisture resistance. These panels create an airtight seal with tongue and groove construction and gasketed edges. Insulated floors are not required in walk-in coolers but are available for those seeking maximum efficiency. Our standard galvalume finish provides rust and corrosion resistance for damp environments. This finish helps to protect the insulation and will keep your walk-in operating efficiently for years to come. Efficient refrigeration systems are supplied to conform to your space requirements and holding temperature for your beer. Other options to increase the efficiency of your walk-in are available such as vinyl strip curtains and LED lighting

Growler Houses

Brewery tap houses with growler filling stations are a growing trend. Make it easy for your customers to head home with a growler of their favorite brew. Installing a station will keep your fans coming back, again and again, to refill their growlers with beer that has that fresh-from-the-keg taste.

The Growler House by Brew Cave® makes all this possible by storing all the kegs necessary in a refrigerated environment. The kegs can be kept in individual compartments in an under-counter refrigerator or housed in a back room walk-in cooler.

Warehouses

If you have large quantities of cases of beer or kegs that need storing, Brew Cave® can help. We’ve designed dozens of modular refrigerated warehouse buildings. Our warehouses are consist of lightweight panels that are easy to assemble and contain a 4″ insulating foam core to hold the cold in.

Brew Walls

For the craft brewery, a brew wall where your fans can enjoy a pint of your freshest brew is almost mandatory. Our walk-in coolers for brew walls provide the perfect solution to keeping your beer ice cold. Beer taps can be affixed to the side of the cooler, or can be dispensed from a remote bar area.
